Ride with us. Get paid every week.

Our 1,200 riders are the whole last mile. Some are employed, some ride their own bikes, and some come to us as a SACCO with a zone already covered. If you know your estates and you turn up, we have work for you.

Why Ride With Us

Steady drops, paid weekly

Most riders we talk to do not have a work problem — they have a consistency-and-cashflow problem. That is what this is built to fix.

Committed volume

Batches allocated by zone a day ahead, not a scramble for jobs. You can plan a week against it.

Paid every week

Delivery fees paid weekly, every week. COD you collect is reconciled daily so there is never a dispute at month end.

Bike financing

No bike? Our financing partners will put you on one, repaid from your weekly earnings at a rate agreed up front.

We supply the tech

GPS unit, rider app and airtime for delivery calls. All of it free while you are riding with us.

Cover while you ride

Goods-in-transit cover on every batch you carry, so a genuine accident is not a debt you personally carry.

First call on new cities

Riders already with us get first refusal on Kampala and Dar es Salaam as those markets open.

How It Works

From application to first batch in about two weeks

1

Apply

Tell us your zone, your bike and whether you are joining as an individual or a SACCO.

2

Checks

Licence, bike condition, a clean record and two references. Same-day at any regional warehouse.

3

Kitting & training

GPS unit fitted, app set up, and a half-day on scanning, COD handling and proof of delivery.

4

First batch

You start on a trial zone. Hit the delivery and cash-accuracy standards and your volume grows.

What We Need From You

The standards are not negotiable

You are carrying someone else’s stock and collecting someone else’s money. Every rider on our network runs to the same rules.

  • Valid riding licence and at least one year on Kenyan roads
  • A roadworthy motorbike, or willingness to use our financing partners
  • A smartphone that can run the rider app and scan at every handover
  • An M-Pesa number in your own name for COD reconciliation
  • Two referees and a clean criminal record check
  • A signed confidentiality undertaking — parcels are sealed and unmarked, and what a customer orders is never discussed

Questions

What riders usually ask

Delivery fees are paid weekly by M-Pesa. Rates are per successful delivery and agreed before your first batch, with a higher rate for outlying zones. COD cash you collect is separate — you remit it daily and it is reconciled the same day.
You do not hand over the parcel. Mark it refused in the app, bring it back and the call centre picks it up from there. You are still paid an attempt fee — a refusal is our problem to solve, not a penalty on you.
No. Many of our riders also do other work. We only ask that once you accept a batch you complete it — abandoning a batch mid-route is the fastest way off the network.
Yes. Select the financing option on the form and our rider operations team will walk you through the partners we work with. Repayments come out of your weekly earnings at a rate agreed before you sign anything.
Yes, and it is one of our fastest-growing routes onto the network. Select “Rider SACCO / group” and we will assign a whole zone to your group with one point of contact for allocation and payment.
