Meet the teamFive warehouses across Kenya, each run by its own manager with its own rider team. Orders are picked in the region they were placed in — which is why Nairobi goes out same-day and everywhere else is next-day.
Most fulfillment in Kenya runs out of one Nairobi warehouse. A customer in Kisumu then waits two or three days for something that was always going to be delivered by a rider ten minutes away. We fixed that by putting your stock in five places instead of one.
Any Nairobi order confirmed by our call centre before the afternoon cut-off is picked, batched by neighbourhood and given to a rider the same day. We hold ourselves to a 90%+ first-attempt success rate on those, and we report the misses to you rather than quietly re-queuing them.
Outside Nairobi, the regional warehouse means next-day is the norm rather than the exception — because the parcel was never in Nairobi to begin with.
Tap a marker to follow a vendor's product from the container it arrived in to the rider carrying it to a buyer.
Your shipment arrives and is counted against the packing list within 24 hours. Every unit is photographed and booked into your own vendor bay, and the count appears in your dashboard before we sell a single item.
Your stock is booked in and visible in your dashboard before it sells.
Confirmed before the afternoon cut-off means it goes out today.
Riders leave with a route, not a pile of unrelated drops.
No product name, no vendor branding — not even the rider knows what is inside.
Stock movements per warehouse land in your inbox daily, weekly or on any period you set.
Each site is run by a named manager who owns the stock, the riders and the delivery numbers for their region. You can call them.
Our largest site and the national control room. Same-day dispatch across all Nairobi zones, and the overflow store for the other four regions.
Receives vendor shipments arriving through the port and serves the entire coastal strip from Diani to Malindi without anything routing via Nairobi.
Covers Nakuru, Naivasha and the wider Rift. A separate temperature-controlled room holds supplements, cosmetics and anything that shouldn't sit in a hot store.
Serves Kisumu, Kakamega and the lakeside counties. Agents here call in Dholuo and Luhya, and riders know estates that don't appear on any map.
Covers Eldoret, Kitale and the North Rift — and becomes our staging point for the Uganda launch in 2027.
Send a first consignment to any of our five warehouses and we'll handle intake, calling, delivery and collection from there.
