Careers

Build the network that is about to cross five borders.

We are 340 employees and 1,200+ riders across five Kenyan regions. By 2028 we will be operating in six countries — and most of the people running those markets will have come from inside this team.

Working Here

Small teams, real ownership, no committee.

Each region runs itself. The manager owns their warehouse, their riders and their delivery numbers, and they are trusted to fix things without asking Nairobi first.

The work is real, though. The call centre opens at eight and the phone does not stop. Riders are out in Nairobi traffic and in the rain. Cash gets counted at the end of every shift. We would rather say that now than surprise you in week two.

In return: we promote from within first, we pay for the gear and the licences the role needs, and nobody here is a number on a rota.

What We Offer

The things that actually matter

Full medical cover

For you and your immediate family, from day one — not after probation.

Rider gear & fuel allowance

Helmet, jacket, GPS unit and a weekly fuel allowance, plus financing partners if you do not own a bike yet.

Promotion from within

Three of our five regional managers started as riders or agents. That path is the norm here.

Language pay

Agents earn a premium for every additional Kenyan language they can take calls in.

First pick on new markets

The Kampala and Dar es Salaam launch teams will be staffed from inside first.

Predictable rosters

Shifts published two weeks ahead. Swaps handled between crews, not dictated from above.

Mon–Sat, half day on holidays

We operate Monday to Saturday, 08:00–19:00, and a half day on every public holiday. Sundays are yours.

Open Roles

Delivery Rider — Motorbike

Same-city delivery across your assigned zone, collecting COD payments at the door. Own motorbike preferred (financing partners available); we supply the GPS unit, gear and fuel allowance.

Hiring Process

Four steps, about two weeks

We do not do six rounds of interviews. If it takes longer than a fortnight, that is on us.

1. Apply

Send a CV and a short note. For rider roles a phone call is enough — no CV required.

2. Phone call

Twenty minutes with the hiring manager, usually within three days.

3. Come in

See the warehouse, meet the team, and do a practical task — a real confirmation call, or a test route.

4. Offer

A written offer with the pay band stated. We do not negotiate downward from what we advertised.

Speculative

Nothing here fits, but you want in?

Send a speculative CV. We keep them, and we open roles more often than we update this page.
