Send a consignment to whichever regional warehouse suits your buyers. We count it in within 24 hours and it appears in your dashboard.
We call the customer
Every order goes through our Nairobi call centre first: confirm the item, fix the address, agree a delivery window and state the amount payable. 94% are confirmed on the first call.
A rider delivers it
Picked in the customer's own region, sealed in plain unmarked packaging and handed to a named local rider. Nairobi goes same day, everywhere else next day.
The rider collects the cash
Payment is taken at the door by M-Pesa or cash, against the amount the customer already agreed on the phone. Proof of delivery and payment are recorded together.
You get paid on Friday
We reconcile collections daily and transfer the week's takings to your account every Friday, with a statement that matches order by order.
